• I know that my flight is covered by comprehensive accident and third party liability insurance.
• I do my flight of my own free will and I do not have any physical or/and mental restrictions (i.e. heart diseas, pregnancy etc.) eecting my flight with an instructor.
• Personal property is not insured during the excursion (such as camera, clothing), Escape Is not responsible for the loss or damage of any passengers personal belongings during the flight experience.
• Flight times are subject to change or flights can be cancelled without any prior notice.
• %50 cancellation fee will be charged unless cancellation request is given 24 hrs prior to the flight.
• In the event of cancellation at the takeoff due to adverse weather conditions, only the 25$ cable car fee will be charged to the passanger.
• If a passenger has been picked up and prepared for the flight and then decides to cancel their flight, the passenger is responsible to pay the full cost of the flight.
• In the event of cancellation at takeoff by the customer, the latter has to pay to the full payment to Escape Travel Agency.
• During the flight due to flight safety procedures and the risk to people on the ground, passengers are not permitted to hold or carry any solid object (water bottles, coins, keys, cameras, phones etc).
• I have been trained by pilot how to fly with tandem paraglider and got the information about our flight. I have been informed about everything related to this tandem flight. I got all of the information and I accept them all. I’m ready to fly with my own ccord. if there will be accident in this flight, I make a commitment that i will not lodge a claim against Escape Travel Agency, Olympos Teleferik and my pilot.
• I will hereby confirm that I understand and agree with each and all of the information mentioned in all sides of this document.

1. Objective
Elite Tur. Tic. located in Tekirova Mh. Kemer, Antalya Parasüt Isl. Özel Egitim Ith. Ihr. Ltd. Sti.; in order to provide better service to its customers and Law No. 5651 on Regulating Broadcasts on the Internet and Combating Crimes Committed Through These Broadcasts, Law No. 6563 on Regulation of Electronic Commerce, Turkish Penal Code No. 5237 and Protection of Personal Data No. 6698.
2. Collection and Procedure of Personal Data of Real Person Customers
Within the framework of legal obligations and service standards arising from the relevant legislation, and especially the Law; we request any personal data related to identification which includes name, surname, date of birth, contact information (mobile phone, e-mail), hotel name and room number, in-vehicle, indoor and outdoor security camera images with and without voice recording, before and after take-off, with and without voice recording, flight, landing video and photographs in order to fulfill the aforementioned purpose and legal obligations and to provide you with better service based on your personal data. Provided that it is not used outside of the purposes and scope determined by the Privacy/Personal Data Protection Policy and Communication Permission, the information will be processed and stored by taking data security measures.
3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data and Its Legal Reasons
Your personal and/or sensitive personal data in whole or in part can be obtained, recorded, stored, changed, updated, periodically checked, rearranged, classified and stored for the period required for the purpose for which they are processed or the time stipulated in the relevant law, by Elite as the data controller. In case of legal or service-related actual requirements, the data can be processed, including preventing it from being used by the public institutions and organizations for which the Company is legally liable. However, it will not be shared with domestic and foreign third parties and/or legal entities other than those stated above. Unless otherwise stated, the usage rights of your audiovisual and silent images taken during the flight belong to Elite. Your audiovisual and silent images taken during your flight can be used on social media ocial websites, accounts, promotional films, promotional media and promotional images of Elite brands, only for service promotion purposes, without any personal information other than audiovisual or silent images being shared. Your personal data are obtained in order for our company to be able to fully and accurately fulfill the contractual and legal responsibilities of promoting and/or presenting the products and services we offer as a company in line with the above-mentioned purposes through all channels in all kinds of verbal, written or electronic environment including but not limited to our company / our website / our call center / supplier companies. Your personal data collected for this legal reason can also be processed and transferred within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVK Law. • Execution of emergency processes, • Follow-up of service invoices, • Execution of goods and services sales contracts, • Carrying out of the sale of goods and services in accordance with the legislation, • Opening checking accounts for customers, • Follow-up of customer contact information, • Sending gifts to customers, • Ensuring flight safety and improving services is the reason we process the data. Your personal data will be kept for a reasonable period of time specified in the relevant legislation or until the purpose of processing disappears, and possibly until the legal statute of limitations expire.
4. Customer’s Rights
In accordance with the Article 11 of the KVK Law, you can apply to our Company and make requests regarding your personal data on the following issues: a. To learn whether the personal data has been processed or not, b. To request information about your personal data if it has been processed, c. To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with the purpose, d. To learn the third parties your personal data have been transferred to whether in the country or abroad, e. To request correction of your personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and to request notification of the transaction made in this context to third parties whom your personal data has been transferred to, f. To request the deletion, destruction or anonymization of your personal data in the event that the reasons requiring the processing of your personal data disappear, and to request the notification of the transaction made in this context with the third parties whom the personal data has been transferred to, g. To object to the emergence of a result against the data owner by analyzing the processed personal data exclusively through automated systems, h. To request the compensation of the damage in case of any loss due to unlawful processing of your personal data. Our company will fulfill your requests arising from the KVK Law through the "Relevant Person Application Form". Our company will conclude your application requests free of charge within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, according to the nature of the request, in accordance with Article 13 of the KVK Law. In case the request is rejected, the reason(s) for the refusal will be notified to you in writing or electronically. In accordance with the regulations of the Personal Data Protection Law, you can send us your requests regarding your above-mentioned rights in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board, and also through the channels specified below.
