Minimum Requirements
- Valid commercial tandem pilot licence
- Minimum 1500 documented tandem flights
- Active tandem flying experience within the last 3 years
- Professional references must be provided
Professional Expectations
- Safety-focused and disciplined working approach
- Strong take-off and landing skills
- Professional guest communication
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Compliance with company procedures and operational decisions
- Careful and consistent photo and video recording
Language Skills
- Basic English or Russian communication is required
- Additional languages are an advantage
